The first person to greet you and
your pet when you come into the office for an appointment or to drop your pet off
for boarding or grooming will be a Veterinary Assistant. She will verify the purpose
of your visit, see that your file is in order and notify our staff that you are
here. Before you leave the office, she will complete your invoice and receive your
payment, as well as schedule any future appointments necessary. |

When you call the office, a Veterinary Assistant will
be the first person with whom you speak. She will assist you in scheduling appointments
with the doctors, groomers and for boarding. Our VA's are very knowledgeable in
veterinary medicine and can answer, or get the answer, to many of the questions
you may have. |
